Do I need an account?
No — an account is never required. Exercise Bites works fully offline, and everything about you is stored on your device; the app shares only anonymous usage statistics with us — see the privacy policy.
What is Stardust? Can I buy it?
Stardust is the small reward each completed bite leaves behind. You spend it in your night sky, unlocking the stars of constellation tales — each one a keepsake that changes how the sky looks and sounds. It is earned by moving, never bought: Stardust itself can never be purchased, and nothing you unlock changes your Body Map, rhythm, or any other earned progress.
What are exercise packs? What do they cost?
A pack is five exercises curated for a moment in your day — on the train, between meetings, a stiff neck. The free starter pack covers every daily area and is always there to switch back to. Other packs come with the annual membership. Stardust never buys packs — it is spent only on how your sky looks and sounds. Two are gifts: after 15 total minutes of movement the app gives you On the Train, and after 60 minutes one more pack of your choice from three. The membership restores on a new device from the app’s menu.
How do I back up or transfer my progress?
Your progress lives in the app’s local storage and is included in your phone’s normal device backup. Deleting the app deletes its data.
A set’s audio or vibration cues aren’t playing
Check that your phone isn’t in silent mode and that in-app volume is up. Haptic cues follow your system vibration settings. The screen stays awake during a set by design, so cues keep working with the phone face-down.
Can I end a set early?
Yes — “Finish set” completes the current set immediately with the time you’ve done so far, and “Continue” skips the rest countdown. Ending early is intentional and fine.
