Every day gives you seven stars to light: six body areas plus breathing. Each bite lights the areas it trains. Cover all seven and your daily constellation completes — a quiet, satisfying ritual instead of a guilt-driven streak counter.
The starter seven
Each bite is one exercise, 2 short sets, a couple of minutes. Squats while the kettle boils. A wall sit between meetings. A breathing exercise before bed — small enough that you’ll actually do it.
